Certain features of Visual Reading® - special education application allows you to create and share user-generated content (“UGC”).

 

Visual Reading® - special education does not pre-screen UGC that may be created or shared by users, and as such Visual Reading® does not assume any responsibility or liability for the content that is generated by users in connection with usage of our educational application.

 

You may not create and share any UGC that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of a third party.

You may not create and share any UGC that violates the law, our General Terms and Conditions and/or any third party's right of privacy or right of publicity.

 

You may not create and share any UGC that is sexually explicit, which is primarily intended to harass or single out another person for abuse, malicious attack, or ridicule.

 

Visual Reading® - special education may, without prior notice to you and in its sole judgment, remove UGC that may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.  If you are a repeat infringer of Visual Reading's® or a third party's intellectual property or other rights, Visual Reading® may suspend or terminate your license without notice to you. 

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT ALL TIMES AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DISCLOSE ANY USER GENERATED CONTENT AND OTHER INFORMATION FOR ANY REASON, including without limitation

 

(a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request;

(b) to enforce the terms of our Terms of Service or other applicable agreements and policies; (c) to protect our legal rights and remedies;

(d) to protect the health or safety of anyone we believe may be threatened; or

(e) to report a crime or other offensive behavior.

 

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your creation of user-generated content, and for all of your communications and activities done in connection with usage of our application, including any content you contribute.
